Kipuka at Hoakalei Residences is a 131 family owned private gated community right here in Ewa Beach, HI. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for our families. AOAO Kipuka Community is a self governed association operated by owners within the community. Residences here at Kipuka have vested interests in keeping the value of our beloved neighborhood where it should be. We encourage you to participate and get involved with a committee. With less outsourcing and utilization of talent within the community we'll be able to cut costs which means our dues won't climb as high.
